Rates & Refund Policy

Rates:

The cabin can be rented with a 2 night minimum stay.​

Rate per night:

WINTER SPECIAL!

Off season $100.00 + tax​ (November - April)

Prime season $100-180.00 + tax (May - October)

Cleaning Fee $80.00

 

A full payment is required at the time of your reservation

By paying for your stay, the following policies are to be agreed upon by all guests of Lindquist Lake Retreat.

Refunds:

Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to your stay are eligible for a full refund.

​​

Cancellation of your stay less than 60 days will result in the forfeit of your deposit. 

​​

​​​The cabin is smoke free. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.  Please use the labeled buckets.

​

Pets are not allowed at this time.

No Parties Allowed.

We would like everyone to have a great time, but please be respectful to surrounding neighbors and quiet hours.

Please contact us if you notice something is broken.

All guests are responsible for any excess damage/loss to the property, cabin and their contents. If items are found to be missing or damaged; an invoice for repair or replacement will be sent to the person who booked the cabin.

Lindquist Lake Retreat is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. We are not responsible for any personal injury.
