Rates & Refund Policy

Rates:

The cabin can be rented with a 2 night minimum stay.​

The rate per night is $150.00 + tax​

 

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of your reservation.

The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

By paying your deposit, the following policies are to be agreed upon by all guests of Lindquist Lake Retreat.

Refunds:

Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to your stay are eligible for a full refund.

​

Cancellation of your stay less than 60 days will result in the forfeit of your deposit. 

 

All balances are due 30 days prior to your stay.

A pay link will be emailed to you at that time.

The cabin is smoke free. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.  Please use the labeled buckets.

Pets are not allowed.

No Parties Allowed.

Please contact us if you notice something is broken so we can fix it as soon as possible.

 

All guests are responsible for any excess damage/loss to the property, cabin and their contents. If items are found to be missing or damaged; an invoice for repair or replacement will be sent to the person who booked the cabin.

Lindquist Lake Retreat is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. We are not responsible for any personal injury.
